Using Premiere Pro

When it came round to editing the footage that we had gathers I was the most experienced when it comes to editing so I was able to show the other two how to do the basics.

The two most important sections of the program is the timeline and then your selection of imported files.

when we were editing the footage the main tools that we used were the razor and move tool but we also relied on shortcuts a lot too make our editing a lot more efficient. When importing the clips that we wanted to use in our video we then used the 'source' tab to then edit the footage previous to putting it onto the timeline, This way we didn't spend ages rending footage that wasn't going to be used and it sped the hole process up for us.

When we started to add in our effects and transitions, we used youtube videos and tutorials to help us. This way we could use new effects and transition that other students definitely wouldn't and would set out work apart.
